Cala de la Cruz ships internationally with the assistance of DHL. Note that we will not accept and cannot process any international returns or exchanges, so please order carefully.

If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.

Shipping methods:

DHL: delivers 1-10 business days after processing.
Important: all orders will be shipped the following 1-2 business days, from our warehouse in Cali, Colombia.

Purchases made on weekends and Colombian holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Note: Costs for duties and taxes are not included in price. We ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Client is responsible for these costs, we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
